This policy applies exclusively to fiGO unlimited data plans and is designed to ensure a fair, stable, and high quality experience for all users. It is intended for standard personal use, helping maintain consistent and reliable network performance across the fiGO platform.

This Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) forms part of the fiGO Terms of Service and applies to all fiGO customers using eSIM data services, including Unlimited Data Plans.
The purpose of this Policy is to ensure a fair, consistent, and high-quality experience for all users while maintaining the integrity and performance of our partner networks.
By using fiGO Services, you agree to comply with this Fair Usage Policy.
fiGO Services are intended for normal personal, travel, and business use on compatible devices.
Reasonable use includes:
fiGO reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action where prohibited use is detected.
GO Lite Plans are designed for travelers and light-data users who primarily require connectivity for essential everyday online activities.
Validity: 10 Days
Speed: Up to 512 Kbps
Coverage: Europe, Türkiye, United Kingdom, Ukraine, Poland, Pakistan and Bangladesh.
Messaging applications
Web browsing
Maps and navigation
Ride-hailing and transportation apps
Travel and booking applications
Banking and authentication services
Actual speeds and service performance may vary depending on network conditions, location, device compatibility, network congestion, and partner network availability.
GO Lite Plans are intended for light and essential data usage and are not optimized for high-bandwidth activities such as HD or Ultra HD video streaming, large file downloads or uploads, continuous video conferencing, online gaming, or heavy hotspot and tethering usage.
These services may still function; however, performance may be limited due to the maximum available speed of the GO Lite Plan and prevailing network conditions.
Performance for such activities may vary depending on network conditions.
fiGO reserves the right to apply reasonable traffic management measures where required to maintain service quality and network stability.
Unlimited Data Plans are designed to provide generous data access for normal personal and business use.
To ensure fair access for all users, daily high-speed usage allowances apply.
After the applicable daily allowance is reached, data service will continue at a reduced speed until the next daily reset.

Daily high-speed allowances automatically reset every 24 hours.
Once the reset occurs, full-speed access is restored according to the applicable plan and destination.
To maintain network quality and ensure fair access for all users, fiGO may apply reasonable network management measures.

fiGO may update this Fair Usage Policy from time to time to reflect operational, technical, legal, or commercial requirements.
The latest version will always be available through the fiGO website and mobile application.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
