These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the fiGO website (hellofigo.com), the fiGO mobile application (the “App”), and related services (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of this agreement.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services.
To purchase Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including at minimum:
Your full name
Your email address
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.
You may register or log in using third-party authentication providers such as Google or Apple. We do not receive or store your third-party passwords.
We provide resale of prepaid, data-only eSIM plans. Voice calls and SMS services are not included unless explicitly stated.
eSIMs are delivered digitally through the App and/or email after successful payment. You are responsible for installation, activation, and correct use of the eSIM.
Connectivity is provided through third-party network operators. Network availability, coverage, latency, and data speeds depend on location, device, and network conditions and are not guaranteed.
Before purchasing, you must ensure that your device:
Supports eSIM technology
Is not carrier-locked
Is compatible with the selected data plan and destination
By confirming device compatibility during purchase, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for this verification.
Prices for each data plan are displayed in the App prior to purchase and include applicable taxes, including VAT where required by law.
All payments must be completed in full before delivery and are processed securely via Stripe and its supported payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods made available by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited. We do not store full payment card details.
The applicable currency is shown at checkout.
eSIMs are normally delivered immediately after successful payment.
The validity period of a data plan begins as stated on the relevant product page, either upon installation or upon first connection to a supported network, depending on the plan.
A data plan expires when the data allowance is fully used or when the validity period ends, whichever occurs first.
Each eSIM may be installed on only one device at a time. While you may remove and reinstall an eSIM on the same device, it may not be active on multiple devices simultaneously.
The Services consist exclusively of digital content supplied immediately after purchase.
By completing a purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable Belgian law.
No refunds will be issued where an eSIM has been delivered, accessed, installed, activated, or partially used, including but not limited to cases involving:
Device incompatibility or carrier restrictions
Incorrect installation or user error
Limited or unsatisfactory coverage depending on location
Unused or partially used data
Change of mind after purchase
Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory rights under EU and Belgian consumer protection laws.
If an eSIM fails due to a verified technical issue attributable to us or our network partners, you may be entitled to a replacement or, where remediation is not possible, a refund. Issues must be reported promptly and supported with reasonable evidence.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on payment providers and financial institutions and are outside our control.
Refund requests must be submitted to support@hellofigo.com and must include the order number and relevant device details.
You agree to use the Services lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
Resell, distribute, or share eSIMs
Use the Services for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activities
Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt network operations
Introduce malware or harmful code
You acknowledge that misuse of the Services may result in suspension or termination without refund, subject to applicable law.
We may monitor use of the Services to ensure compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and to prevent fraud, abuse, or harm. Information obtained through such monitoring may be disclosed where required by law or to protect our legitimate interests and those of other users.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services, in whole or in part, where we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms, misuse, fraud, or unlawful activity. Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, content, trademarks, logos, and designs, are owned by the Company or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for personal purposes only.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits. Our total liability relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected data plan.
We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party networks, force majeure events, regulatory actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The Services may include links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
Consumers may seek out-of-court dispute resolution through recognized Belgian Alternative Dispute Resolution bodies. We are not obliged to participate unless required by law.
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. The courts of Brussels, Belgium have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated via the App or Website. Continued use of the Services after publication constitutes acceptance.
